Authority. We act as a federally compliant broker arranging motor carrier services with duly licensed and insured carriers.
Estimates & Price-Lock. Written quotes specify equipment, route, and timing. Where explicitly marked “Price-Lock,” your rate is fixed barring changes to vehicle, locations, dates, or operability.
Insurance. Carriers maintain cargo coverage subject to policy terms, deductibles, and exclusions. Shipper is responsible for disclosing pre-existing conditions and aftermarket parts. Claims are filed with the carrier; we assist with documentation.
Preparation. Vehicle must be release-ready with keys, no leaks, brakes functioning (unless noted inoperable), and no loose parts. Personal items limited and below window line unless agreed in writing.
Inspections. Pickup and delivery condition reports with photos establish condition. Note exceptions on the bill of lading before the driver departs.
Delays. ETAs are estimates. Weather, traffic, and force majeure can affect schedules.
Cancellation. Dispatch fees and non-refundable costs may apply once a carrier is assigned.
Governing Law. Federal law including 49 U.S.C. § 14706 (Carmack) applies where relevant; otherwise state law governs.
